Information on Harry Henry - Anything helps

A soldier died at the Loyd Hall plantation during Civil War times, and his name was believed to be Harry Henry. Henry apparently deserted his regiment and went to hide on the 3rd floor of the house. The Union soldiers barged the house and shot and killed Henry. He is said to have been buried under the house in a shallow grave. I looked around and was only able to find a few things on him, as well as a photo I attached below. I'm not sure if this is actually him, or if we was even a soldier of color. If anyone has any information on Henry that would be greatly appreciated.

His sleeves indicate first sergeant, along with his NCO sword. He appears to be from a Baltimore regiment.

From what's gleaning from general readings. Apparently, as the story goes, the Union soldier stayed behind and hid in the house, after his unit left - hence the claim of desertion.

From the CW soldiers database. Found the only 'Harry Henry' shown, belonging to a Union unit likely to have been during the war in the vicinity of the Loyd Hall House in Cheneyville, LA, was:-

Pvte. Harry Henry Co. G/C 62nd. Infantry USCT.

(The colored sergeant pictured in the OP is a member of Co. E, 4th. Infantry, USCT. But this unit was not serving in the region of the plantation during the conflict period).

Given the extremely violent form of summary justice meted out to the soldier in these circumstances (supposedly by an unidentified civilian person connected to the residents of the house), no matter which version of the motivation for this act one accepts, thought it quite possible he was a colored soldier.

Unfortunately, not much to add here, though.
