I need information on one of the children of Catharine Trostle. I need information on her son Peter, born 1854 and died in 1896 at 42. Does anyone know if he married, had children and is he buried at the Evergreen cemetery?
Another question: I assume the Trostle children walked to school. Where was their school located?

I can find no information in Ancestry or FindAGrave for a Peter Trostle that died in 1896.

Thanks Andy for trying and the info., but he is not the Peter Trostle I am looking for. The Peter Trostle I am interested in was born in 1854 and died in 1896 at 42. His mom was Catharine Trostle--1817---1897 [buried at Evergreen] and his father was Abraham Trostle. Seems like Peter just disappeared.

How do you know he died in 1896? When I did the research yesterday that was the roadblock. I couldn't find any 1896 death record for a Peter Trostle in that family.

Dear Bdtex, Sorry but I can't tell you now because it was quite a while ago when I did find the dates of all the Trostle family. I know I did it on the computer but how or where I looked I don't remember. If I get time I will try to figure out just how I found my information and let you know. I must get out of here now. I will be on again.

I suspect record from the 1860 Census shows the family being researched.
I saw that too and an 1870 Census record of the same family.
