If you are looking for a finishing touch for your military or civilian impression, look no further than South Union Mills handkerchief section. Outstanding workmanship, quick shipment and excellent customer service. Fair warning, they are addictive.

They have accurately recreated 9 handkerchiefs from surviving examples from the Civil War. I started small but quickly snatched up everyone they make and have one stashed in each of my jackets. They really stand out in formation when you pull one out to mop your brow. It is just a little thing, but something no man would have been without during the time.

Chris has some awesome reduced rate handkerchiefs now due to a typo on the huge silk W.H. Tucker Kayess Handkerchief. It is certainly a Confederate handkerchief with lithographs of 9 prominent Confederates but could certainly serve as a battlefield pick up for the scrounging Federal. Almost too pretty to use as a Sn _ _ Rag, but for $15, why not.
