Authentic Homemade Ginger Ale!

I'm going to try this. The problem with most commercial ginger ales is that they have massive sugar. I used to bootleg a meadish drink. Boil water and honey and then put some distillers yeast with some extra sugar. Maybe some other fruit juices (natural sugars only) seal it for 5 days. Chop up some fruit and it's a weird sangria.

Please let us know how it comes out!
Thanks!
