Where can I get a pre built 1/32 scale confederate iron clad my budget is 500$. Or someone who will build it for me

$250, 34" long, pre-built & painted. Using my fingers and toes, that's 1/96th scale.
Caveat - no experience with this company, never saw it to speak to accuracy or quality of build. YMMV.

( this a $1.75 cheaply made toy from Asia that has no value, but is presented as a "model" for over $200.00 )

I've seen this toy and would not even recommend it for a "kit bash" project.
