Help transcribing 1863 Orders - 6th VA Cavalry

I'm having a little trouble making out this note and was hoping someone here might be able to assist me.

I know the Captain was in the 6th VA Cavalry and I do have another document written two days later signed by John Withers from the "Adjutant and Inspector General's Office", Special Orders No. 29.
