Hello folks!

I have a question for you arms experts...I spotted a Gatling gun magazine at a local curio shop for sale. I was wondering how rare these are, and what one would be worth? Should I go and get it? I don't have a photo, but it is the one with the open slot down the center. Even has some brass in it.

Any info would be great!

Welcome also! A quicker answer to your question as to whether you should go and get the Gatling magazine would be "What is the price?" That will determine a lot.

Dixie Gunworks used to sell reproductions of that magazine, probably could find it on their website to compare what repop prices are.

Good point, Holiday...I think the price is a bit high at 1200, but then again, I don't really know the value of these things. I am more of a WWI, WWII, Korea and Vietnam buff. I think it could be bought for $1000. Having trouble finding a link to a pic...if anyone finds a link, post it. It's the single stack mag with the slot up the middle.
