Hall Carbine Bullet ?

Did any model of Hall carbine fire something other than a round Ball ? Many thanks.

I believe the only ones were the "Freemont Affair modified" M1843 Carbines that went from .52 caliber to .58 caliber. Therefore allowing a miniball to be used as opposed to a round ball as all were made to be used with. There were some other models where the opening in the block for bullet was elongated, but still for roundball. IMHO
