Digging into AGEOD's "Civil War II" game (with the "Bloody Roads South" expansion)... Although they have oodles of land commanders, including a few that only hobbyists have heard of, the naval commanders were clearly an afterthought. Farragut's represented, of course, along with Foote, Du Pont, Dahlgren, and Samuel Chase. Wait... who? No such person! (Well, there was a Samuel Chase in 1798-1800...) Were their resource materials so sparse on naval history that they had to resort to making up names?!? :stomp:

Sheesh! At least include Stephen C. Rowan and S. Phillips Lee before you start making things up...

Like you said more than once Mark. The Naval part of the CW just gets left out, you hear about a couple naval nattles and that is about it.
