Ft. Morgan Trip

Has been 8 years since my last visit to Ft. Morgan, Alabama, will be there the entire week of 21 July. Anyone in the area?

I was there last weekend actually. We took the ferry from Fort Gaines to Fort Morgan and then drove north to Fort Blakeley, etc.

The Mobile area is one of my favorite areas to visit, and its always worth the time. I just wish we would have been able to make our way to Pensacola and to Ft Pickens and Ft Barrancas.

it is supposed to rain a couple days- my day trip has been planned. Seems a brush fire that occurred last week did not impact the point area. All systems go!

@A. Roy I do have photos. There were so many that my phone overheated and stopped working at Ft. Gaines. I did not capture as many at Ft. Morgan, however. When I have a little free time I will compile a montage.
