Is Rebel Raider: The Life of General John Hunt Morgan by James Ramage back in 1986 still the best biography of that famous Confederate general?

Unsure, but Lester Horwitz's Longest Raid of the Civil War is from 1999 and David Mowery's 2013 treatment will likely have more recent sources on Morgan himself Lt. John Porter 9th Ky Cav. memoir edt by Kent M. Brown will likely also have useful insights.

Have read 'John Hunt Morgan and his Raiders' by Edison Thomas, h/c, and found it a useful summary but a bit brief at 126 pages.
