Another Frederick Douglass statue vandalized in Rochester. What we know now

"A statue of famed abolitionist Frederick Douglass was toppled from its base in Aqueduct Park, the Rochester Police Department confirmed. The vandalism marked the third time since 2018 that a statue of Douglass was vandalized within city limits.
This statue was located in Aqueduct Park by the Genesee River, near East Main Street. Police confirmed that the statue was located nearby and was collected by the city's Special Services workers...."
