Captured by the "Garibaldi Guards" 39th New York Infantry on the third day at Gettysburg during Picketts Charge.

Flag of the 5th, later 9th, Kentucky Infantry " Citizen's Guard".

Battle Flag of the 28th North Carolina Infantry. Captured at Gettysburg on July 3rd by Captain Morris Brown, Jr. of the 126th New York Volunteers.
