You could have driven a back road that would have placed you within an easy 3/4 mile walk to the Inner Fort.

Being from Penna. I was very disappointed in fort pillow, for all the hype it gets about the civil war....Not to worry though, we were on our way to Vicksburg and that made up for a great trip.......We saw our very first cotton fields...Looked like snow in the fields if your a Yankee...

On this trip he barked at anyone approaching or getting in my truck besides me, once outside he was friendly to everyone at dinner and shiloh.

He's getting to be a cranky old man around anything he considers his, otherwise he is sociable.

He's an Australian Shepherd, and Dingo is wild Australian canine.

So the two together contributed to settling on Dingus
