I feel your pain. Same here. The system has become largely unuseable for me.

In the past, it was relatively easy to get to the CMSR and get right to work navigating between the states folders, Misc folder, citizens folders, and Officer folders.

As a PhD student who is constantly in the CMSR, none of the changes have been for the better.
