Fixing tin photographs

When my aunt was moving, she broke them. they have rips, but not over the pictures themselves, over the decoration around the photos. I'm trying to find out if anyone fixes photos like these or what I can do to repair or copy them somehow. I assume it might be like trying to fix a tin-type. Do any of you have any experience with this? Thanks!

Not sure if it's something that can be fixed, but I've had several tin types taken by

in Gettysburg...if they can't help you, they may be able to turn you onto somebody who can.
