Fall is coming to Gettysburg

We visited Gettysburg yesterday and were a bit surprised to see colors changing in the landscape. Also note some progress on Little Round Top. Here are a few photos we share with you:

Adams County can be very beautiful in the Fall!
Beautiful and a delight for other senses, too. We're especially enjoying drives just a short distance from Gettysburg, in Adams County's famous "fruit belt" to the north and west. It's apple harvest time, and the trees are so loaded with fruit that just driving by with the windows rolled down, we're drinking in the wonderful aroma of apples as we pass by.
