Experience at Shiloh

Neither of us mentioned to one another until several months and multiple sightings had passed. We were out running errands one day and I said "you ever see anything strange at the farm?". She responded immediately "a horse." I said "a chestnut?". She said "yes".
Off topic, but almost identical to a situation my Mom and I experienced on a flight out of San Francisco.
Not ghostly, but more of those "ariel phenomenon" things.

Long story short ... the flight was about an 30 minutes out of San Francisco, and had not reached the maximum ceiling for a cross country trip back to Memphis. We were still in the clouds, when I saw two silver disks, (1/3 the size of the plane) drop vertically out of a cloud ... stop in mid air ... and then move straight up back into the same cloud.

It happened so fast, I wasn't sure if what I had witnessed was real.

I noticed my Mother had become very quite, and after about five minutes I asked her did she see anything weird out of the window.
She said " you mean that giant silver thing that came out of the cloud " ?

Latter, I looked at the flight path, did some math ... and realized we had not been too far from the famed "Area 51" region.
So ... what we saw was probably one of our own experimental aircraft, rather than something from a galaxy far far away.

But back to ghosts, I've always thought some of us are born tuned in to this phenomenon, while others are not.

I agree some people are tuned for such strange unexplained events. Both my wife and I have had several, here at our farm and the other house we lived in before moving here. By strange I mean really strange!

Agreed !

While I would say more, ... the older I become ... the less I enjoy discussing such.
