What is this? Does not fit proper ID requirements

I know what model is stamped on it "New Army". I know what year it was stamped "AF"= 1980. I know who's proofs are there and I know who manufactured the stamped parts. "DGG" and who produced it "EUROARMS" of America.
It's not a 1859 New Army with that sight.
