50 years ago I bought an old scrapbook at an estate sale in Arizona. This document was between two pages. I have held on to it because I have no idea what to do with it. Any advice?

Nice document ! Someone on the forums can probably tell you who James Moore, Col. Lieb and Adj. Thomas are. Colored troop items are more rare than regular regimental troop items. In my area CW items are selling for big money yet and I think that you could sell it for $100 + to the right person. JMHO. Research all the names and battles and any information you can find on it will add value to it . Good luck !

Lorenzo Thomas was the Adjutant General of the U.S. Army during the war, and he did extensive work in the Deep South to form USCT units, especially in 1863 and 1864.
