All,

I joined this forum years ago but have been inactive recently. Specifically I am trying to reach a forum member in the UK named John Wallis. He is very knowlegable about CS Ironclads. My own expertise is Selma, Alabama, Selma constructed Brooke Guns, Catesby ap R. Jones and some associated naval events. Any assistance in reaching "rebelatsea" would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome back, Bill

John,

Thank you for answering me promptly - especially given my lapse. Your specific knowledge regarding the Nashville and the "Memphis" speaks to your depth of interest in one of my favorite subjects. I'd like to go into some more detail but what I have not figured out yet is how to get an email to you. I have a copy of an unsigned soldier letter regarding the "sister" ship to the "Nashville" constructed in Selma and irreparably damaged in launching. Again, Thanks.

John,

Please send me your home email in a reply to welhunter at aOH L so I can contact you directly. Much to share on the forum going forward.
