To All,

ENOUGH!

How about something totally different? :)

VANILLA AND ORANGE GLAZED CRANBERRIES

2 1/2 cups sugar
1 lb. of fresh cranberries
2 teaspoons orange extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups of water

Combine 2 1/2 cups sugar, water, vanilla and orange extract in saucepan.

Heat over a medium heat until sugar has completely dissolved.

Pour in cranberries and stir.

Cover cranberries with small plate to keep submerged.

Place cover on saucepan and regrigerate overnight.

Next day, take 1 1/2 cups of sugar and spread on a cookie sheet, strain cranberries and place them in the sugar. Shake until completely coated.

Transfer to another baking sheet and let dry for about an hour.

Once hard, place into an airtight container and store in a cool place for up to 2 weeks (while snacking on them from time to time).

Enjoy,
Unionblue
