Correcting errors on Fold3

I have been working recently with the records of a man from Tennessee whose file has been mixed with those of a man with the same man from Missouri. This certainly isn't the first time I've seen records from two different men get tossed together. Does anyone know if there is a way to report these issues? Has any one made a report of this type of thing? And, if so, did it get a response?

I have contacted them about CS civilian records that are not out there but I have earlier microfilm copies of and they never respond.

If you drill down to a specific record using the Browse feature and open the "Info" panel on the left, there is a link to "Add a correction" and another to "Annotate." I tried it years ago but they never responded nor corrected the record and I haven't tried it since.

I too have reported more than a few errors ... and also never received any response (what I reported were serious errors, not the misspelling of a name).

While I really didn't expect anything, that was only one of the many reasons I cancelled my subscription.
