What types of other snake belts did Confederate soldiers wear other than the British snake belts?

Did Confederate officers even wear snake belts during the American Civil War?

Here's a Confederate officer wearing one. Lt. Laurie Anderson of the 1st Florida Volunteers, killed at Shiloh in 1862.

These snake clasps were from England, where they were widely worn by Rifle volunteers. etc.

I feel like I remember seeing another Floridian wearing a snake buckle. I will have to look. I've always wondered if that was one of the points of entry for that buckle. I doubt bills of delivery and receipt exist.

There are a bunch of varieties to the snake belt though I'm only aware of the British connection as a supplier. Some are double headed, some are referred to as duck headed. There are also examples of double snake belt buckles.

@aidenmac17 you will find this thread of interest. It contains numerous photographs showing snake buckles being worn.
