Which surviving Confederate Battle flag has the most honors on it?

Please post photographs of any Battle Flag with sixteen or more battle honors.

Battle Flag of Latham's, Pott's and Flanner's Co F 13th Battalion NC Light Artillery.

Not sure which one has the most, but many of the later Richmond Depot wool bunting issues like those above were inscribed with many battle honors simply due to the fact that they were issued later in the war. Battle honors first had to be approved by, I believe, the brigade or division commander before they could be applied. In some cases the regiment actually painted or sewed their honors on themselves but usually it was done by civilian contractors.

The Army of Tennessee also had the crossed cannon battle honor for regiments that captured enemy artillery in battle: http://civilwartalk.com/threads/the-crossed-cannon-battle-honor.108198/
