Civil war bullet identification

Found this metal detecting today around a civil war site. Just wondering if anyone can identify this bullet for me. I'm new to the metal detecting stuff, really just trying to learn a few things. It has 2 rings, solid white, and weighs 127 grains. I can't figure out how to upload a picture but I would be more than happy to email pics if anyone could possibly help me out. Thanks
