Cincinnati Depot?

Did the Cincinnati Depot mostly supply to the Western theater? I was on a sutler's website and they mentioned their canteen patterned after a Cincinnati Depot model was issued to soldiers throughout the western theater. What would be appropriate for an Eastern impression?

I'm no canteen expert, but my most recent research indicates that, while the Cincy Depot was largely involved in supplying the Western Theaters, there was probably SOME cross-over West to East and visa-versa.
