Any ideas about this cartridge box? It was advertised as Civil War, but I don't know. It was cheap so i grabbed it. I don't see a makers mark. It is about 6 7/8" wide, 5" tall, and 1" deep. Still has the tins and finial.

Seen one on Indian Creek company website looks like it but they are reproduction. This looks well used. It appears to be missing a letter or number on front. It's sewen well which if real leads me to believe it's Union since the Confederates used rivets a lot to attach belt loops on back. Looks cool good luck hopefully someone knows.

I believe it is Union also. I think the missing letter is another "A" due to the holes on the reverse side.
