What is this? Cannon in a park?

While my wife is shopping and there is a cannon in the park across the street. I have not see this one yet. It is behind a chain link fense installed due to construction, so this is a distant photo. Can't get a great image, so will have to see this on a bigger screen than my smart phone.

10" Rodman/Columbiad, interesting in that it does not have a registration number on the muzzle face. Olmstead lists it as having foundry number 542 in "The Big Guns"
 
Well instead of shopping in downtown Kalamazoo, I got to stand, on a cold and windy day, behind a tall chain link fence in a park. I did get to see a cannon behind the fence. So a good day.
