In light of the recent debates regarding the 29th Infantry Division shoulder patch, and renaming army bases- has there been any discussion regarding ARNG campaign streamers commemorating confederate service?
I have not heard anything, but have to think it is on some radar. Below is an interesting article on the authorization for such streamers.
