Boot Opinion:

Hello all,

I was simply curious to ask your opinion please regarding the style of boots as seen in the attached image(s). As you may see in the image, the boots:

- Are not taller knee-flap riding boots (dragoon style) seeing how they're well below the knee,
- Not the stovepipe style since the upper design is not cut completely straight across,
- And, the boots in the image seem to have a raised design at the center like a mini front flap.

With all this being said, would you feel that the boots in question 'may' be an artillery / Wellington style boot with a raised front similar to my my third and final attached image? If not, what else could they potentially be? Thank you again for your time as I greatly appreciate learning of any and all input.
