Nice moody image. I like the photo and think there is certainly a very pastural beauty there. However, the image looks heavy and sad because of the clouds. I wasn't there but I do recall hearing that it was a dreary day with intermittent rains. It is interesting that you captured the image without a single person or vehicle in the picture on that day. I was there on the 157th anniversary with my grandson's and the park was pretty crowded.

It is moving to consider what occurred there 163 years ago on that date.
