looking at the second day brought me too wonder this also. sitting on an elevated earth pad the complex would have been a smoking wreck obscuring much of pettigrew at the least. I would have placed arty on it for day 3 as any behind would have an obstructed field of fire yet they were still placed behind so they didn't fire?
