There is now a Beer Cheese Trail in Kentucky. It is in Clark County, the birthplace of Beer Cheese. The trail even has a Cheese Log so you can't miss a single stop. If you stop at all of them, you can earn the coveted Beer Cheese Ambassador status. This is for cheese zealots.

Saw program last night that this wonderful cheese was mentioned. They have Beer Cheese Festival in Winchester, Ky. every year. Many have their recipes for those to try and you vote which one is the best. Another dish that is a Kentucky tradition and oh so good.
