Bayonet Information Please

It's not a Merrill, as they didn't have the rod in the guard, and I bet the blade is short of 25 1/4".
 
We need more info such as blade length and any markings but from what I see its a reproduction.
 
Looks like an early Sharps. I read Berdan's Shapshooters were issued these, or sabre bayonets, and did not like them and asked for and were switched to Socket bayonets.
