Battlefield Medics: Saving Lives Under Fire

Very informative article, giving the medical personnel the recognition they deserve. Thanks for posting. Would be interested to know if this Bill "A bill to create a Combat Medevac Badge to recognize helicopter pilots and crews passed the U.S. House of Representatives in May 2005. As of June 6, it had been referred to the Senate Armed Services Committee" passed.
I think this might answer you question. http://militarymedic.com/combat-medical-badge/

We had a friend Bradley Quinlin go out to Austin Texas to get some information about the Civil War Hospitals in Cassville, Kingston and other Georgia cities. I will share whatever he finds.

I assume this is the Strout papers. Was Brad successful?
