A long shot, but I'm seeking a copy of this book. Not a single library in Florida has it so my chances of getting an ILL are negligible. It's selling for $50-$60 through all the usual used book outlets online! I guess it had a short print run? I'm not willing to pay that much for any book, especially one under 300 pages.

I don't like kindle versions because I'd rather just have the book but if you have to have the info inside its like $22 on amazon

The thesis, which I assume is the basis for the book, is said to be available on microfilm at the Morris Library at Southern Illinois University - Carbondale. It might be worth contacting them to see if they would make a copy for you from microfilm. If they say "yes", there will probably be a charge based on employee time and the number of pages. They also have the book and it's listed as "loanable" in I-Share if there is any chance that your ILL will look out of state for you.

Looks like you might have to pay to get it. AbeBooks has it for $47.73 plus $2.64 shipping. Best price that I see.

WorldCat says that CloudLibrary has an E-book version. There must be an E-book version somewhere if it's on Kindle. CloudLibrary doesn't seem to be as popular in Illinois as it appears to be in Florida. My village library had it only during COVID. My former employer has it, but they haven't bought access to all that many titles, so I can't say that I've seen them come up in the shared catalogue. If your library has that digital service, though, you could put in a request for them to buy access. They may or may not do that, but it never hurts to ask.
