Austrian Lorenz Markings

Hey everybody, just picked up a Model 1854 Lorenz bayonet and I'm a little curious about the markings. Here are pics of the only markings I'm finding on it. Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!!

The asterisk is an Austrian proof mark. The number may be a unit mark

Interesting. Perhaps the second is a symbol designating unit? I have a rune on a particular piece of repro WW2 German 'adornment'. I'd post a photo but I doubt that that ring is family friendly. Snd I really don't want to irk anyone.

Its a Hagal rune. Loosely 'faith' but that particular branch of the German military was prone to making up their own definitions.

The number on the bend is a unit numbering - note that there are at least 2. Austrian unit numbering for infantry regiments was usually three numbers separated by a dot. The first number is the regiment number which here may be 29th Regt. The second was the company number - 4 companies for each battalion numbered consecutively (1-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-16) The first three sets are service battalions and the last the depot/training battalion). The third was the rifle number. Other non-infantry units used a similar system. The 'asterisk' is often called the 'starburst' and is an acceptance mark.
