This is a delicious stuffing for turkey, goose or chicken.
Apple Stuffing
Mix well but lightly, 7 cups bread crumbs. 3 cups apples (diced), 1 cup minced onion, 1 cup seedless raisins, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Stuff and close bird. Bake according to pounds of fowl.
