Another Cannon

Thank you for your work on this project. The picture of the "before" cannon shows that you came along to clean things up in the nick of time.

Thanks Booner,

I was back today, to apply the finish coat, and I told my girl that since the work was done in increments, it would be inperceptable to most people. At first I tried to get help with cost and labor from where ever I could find it. In the end, I am glad I did it myself, at my own expense and few know that. I have one or two more coats of finish paint ( high gloss black from Rustolium), and i should be done with the cannon. I am doing some other things with the base and the landscaping.

I really like how you highlighted the numbers. More than likely I'll never see this cannon in person, but I thank you again for your work in it's preservation. It's an inspiration to us all.
