Miniatures Andersonville

This is a 1/16 scale ICM figure I converted to a prisoner at Andersonville . The original figure was a creature from Game of Thrones . When I saw it at an on-line hobby shop , its gaunt look made me think of a Civil War prisoner. Neither side treated all their prisoners properly. I used epoxy putty for the clothing and painted it in acrylics.

That's a great conversion and a really nice job on the groundwork.
I'm reminded of the thread ' you know when you're obsessed with the Civil War when......'

Very nice conversion!
My gg grandfather was at Andersonville from late Nov. '64 until the end of the war. I went there in 2018, and still have some water from the spring inside the prison. It was a very strange feeling walking the same ground he did.

Well done! A first rate conversion. Never would have guessed who you modeled your soldier after. I was all over the map and way off course. This is very good work!
