Last month I visited Columbus, GA including a stop The Columbus Museum. In their history wing there is an exhibit purporting to be a typical slave cabin. Two photos of the cabin I took looking in through the doorway or window:
The screen on the wall shows a living history video of a black man in overalls talking about working as a slave, including being hired out for construction labor and being supervised by another slave with more skills.
More information on the exhibit, including a exterior view of the cabin - http://www.columbusmuseum.com/collection/slavery/
What are your thoughts on the accuracy of the information presented by this exhibit?
