If you stop for a moment, you can almost feel how chilled to the bone he must have been with wind blowing his coat
Yeah, it makes you realize just how dangerous being a soldier of that time was. Not only are you fighting for your life, but you've also gotta deal with freezing cold temperatures. Being from Kansas, I couldn't imagine a situation like that. And going to bed like that? No thank you.
