This is a photograph of a woman who served as a nurse in A Battery Michigan Artillery.I am not sure this photo was taken during the war or not.

Those wonderful, brave nurses...they deserve all the admiration and respect there is. Even Grant couldn't stand the sight of blood! On his plate!
