well I finally bought a domain name and got a new website up for the 97th NY infantry that my great grandfather and great,great granfather served in.it hopefully will be a memorial to that unit and the new home to that unit.i also have some pics of things from the Civil War that my family owns under The Cheethams section.the website is at: 97thnyinfantry.com. please let me know what you think and any ideas to make it better.as far as the roster it took me over 3 hours to copy and past all the soldiers from the Civil War Soldiers and Sailors data base online.
