He revealed that Booth had a diary, both in his book and at the House Judiciary Committee, which was unknown at the time. He originally stated that pages were missing from the diary. Upon further questioning he changed his story stating he didn't know if pages were missing.
 
He published a History of the Secret Service after being fired for spying on President Johnson where he admitted that he had in fact been spying on President Johnson.

Edit - More than one player reported that, at least for a time, the answer to this question was inadvertently exposed prematurely. I have no way of knowing when the problem started or how long it persisted, but it could have resulted in some players having an unfair advantage.

For that reason, I am not going to count this question in the scoring.
