Battle: Battle of Cedar Mountain - Aug 9, 1862
Secretive Wing Commander: Thomas J (Stonewall) Jackson
Division Commander Killed: Brigadier General Charles Sidney Winder commanding Jackson's Division, Left Wing, Army of Northern Virginia, was mortally wounded during the artillery barrage that preceded the battle. As a result, command of the division devolved on William Taliaferro, who was completely ignorant of Jackson's battle plan.

Division Commander who arrived in time to save the day: Ambrose Powell (A P) Hill

Please replace Taliaferro with Richard S. Ewell

Edit - Ewell was a division commander at the Battle of Cedar Mountain, but his division was in action from the beginning, rather than arriving later to save the day.
