That was as hard and cold as the bas-relief on the winter fields of Gettysburg. I knew this great site "CWT" and especial researching history and trivia was quicksand. As a cadet I am up to my chest but still flailing with both arms.
This is from the State of Delaware Monument at Gettysburg
The rear has the rosters of the First and Second Maryland Regiment

BlueGrayBlood, Cadet

Edit - I'm a bit skeptical that the rear of the State of Delaware Monument would have the rosters of the First and Second Maryland, though I'm not in a position to run out to the battlefield and check it right now. However, the question asked for identification of the monument and you were correct that it is the State of Delaware Monument, so you will get credit for your answer.

Welcome to the trivia game, BlueGrayBlood. Hope you'll come back and play again.
