The Civil War Monuments in Washington, D.C. are a group of eighteen statues which are spread out through much of central and northwest Washington, D.C.[3] The statues depict 11 Union generals, and only one Confederate general, Albert Pike, who is depicted as a Mason rather than a military man.

This website (http://www.visitthecapitol.gov/site...ntent/brochure/2759/guide-state-statuesen.pdf) indicates at least four Confederate generals with statues in the Capitol's Statuary Hall.

Fighting Joe Wheeler (Alabama)
Kirby Smith (Florida)
Wade Hampton (South Carolina)
Robert E. Lee (Virginia)

Edit - Everybody else came up with the approved answer of Albert Pike.

However, I'm going to stick up for myself and say my answer is correct, too. All of these generals' statues are in the U.S. Capitol building and the Capitol building is in Washington, D.C. Post # 23 identified Pike's statue as the only statue of a Confederate officer that stands outdoors in Washington, D.C., but the question did not specify whether the statue could be found indoors or outdoors.

I never include myself in the scoring of these games, for just this reason. I wouldn't want to be put in the position of appearing to show myself favoritism for giving myself credit for an answer someone else might think isn't right.
