The website http://emergingcivilwar.com/2013/06/27/gettysburg-off-the-beaten-path-the-first-federal-cannon-shot/ states: "At the base of the monument to Brigadier General John Buford are four cannon......These are four of the original six cannon from Lieutenant John Calef's Battery A, 2nd United States Artillery..... The first shot fired by a Federal cannon came from this section– specifically gun number 233, which was forged at the Phoenixville Iron Works, in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania...."

My answer: The John Buford Statue/monument.
